UC Hospital Parking

UCH provides parking to Authorised users of services at UCH, including Staff, Patients, Visitors, Faculty of Health staff and Students undertaking study on site. Any unapproved person attempting to use the parking facility will be charged a daily $20.00 parking fee.

UC Staff and Student Parking arrangements at UCH Car Park (Multi Story) are:

• Staff and Students on formal work placement in the Hospital will be granted parking access through the normal process on receiving their Canberra Health Services/ACT Health Directorate security card.
• Students with classes at UCH will be granted parking access to the UCH Car Park (multi story) via their UC Student Card. Students will be required to hold an active UC Parking Permit. This access will be provided for the period in which they have a class at UCH (i.e. semester access). Please swipe your student card on the Gallagher access point installed at the car park boom gates.
• UC Faculty of Health staff who have their office located at the UCH and hold an active UC Parking Permit will have access to the UCH Car Park (multi story). Please swipe you staff card on the Gallagher access point installed at the car park boom gates.
• UC Faculty of Health Teaching staff with classes being held at UCH,will be granted parking access to the UCH Car Park (multi story) via their Staff Card. Staff will be required to hold an active UC Parking Permit. This access will be provided for the period in which they have a class at UCH (i.e. semester access). Please swipe your Staff card on the Gallagher access point installed at the car park boom gates.
• UC Staff or visitors to UC Staff who require occasional UCH car park access for visits or meetings will be able to take a ticket upon entry to the UCH car park. This can be validated by UC Faculty of Health.

Security and volunteers will be onsite on the day to provide guidance where required.
