Lunch & Learn Webinar series

The UC Alumni Team invites UC Alumni to join our free monthly lunchtime webinars—designed to develop the kind of life and career skills that aren't always taught on the job, but make a big difference at work and in everyday life. From confident communication and emotional intelligence to time management and “life admin,” each session gives you practical tools you can use right away.

Led by UC alumni, staff, and industry experts, these sessions are delivered online—so you can tune in from wherever you are, over lunch.

Each webinar runs for 55 minutes, with a 45-minute presentation followed by 10 minutes of live Q&A. Once you register, you'll receive a link via email. 

When was the last time you made time for your health questions?

It can be easy to put off a screening appointment or feel unsure about where to turn for sexual health advice. This October, join UC Alumni for an open conversation with BreastScreen ACT and the Canberra Sexual Health Centre.

In just one hour, you’ll hear from BreastScreen ACT first, followed by the Canberra Sexual Health Centre. The final 15 minutes will be dedicated to your questions.

What you will walk away with:

• A better understanding of breast screening and how to access BreastScreen ACT
• An introduction to the sexual health services available in Canberra
• An understanding of cervical screening self-collection and who may be eligible
• Clearer ideas about where to seek advice and support
