If you're an international student, you'll be considered for all scholarships when you apply to UC College. See what you could be awarded in addition to your study offer.

2026 T1/S1, T2/S2 & T3

UC College is committed to helping international students achieve their goals by offering scholarships to students commencing their studies in 2026.

For an international student who is applying onshore or offshore. The scholarship package includes:

WELCOME TO UCC SCHOLARSHIP

Accept your offer to commence studying UCC International Foundation Studies, Diploma programs or GCAF program in S1/T1, S1/T2 and T3 2026, you will be eligible for the Welcome to UCC scholarship:

  • 15% off the tuition fee for International Foundation Studies, Diploma programs and Graduate Certificate in Academic Foundations.

UCC PROGRESSION SCHOLARSHIP UP TO 30%**

This scholarship will only be awarded to students who have not received a scholarship for the UC component of a UCC-UC packaged offer (International Foundation/Diploma to Bachelor or GCAF to Master) already:

  • University of Canberra Merit Scholarship – 10% off annual tuition fees: Successful completion of UCC International Foundation Studies, Diplomas or GCAF program with a GPA of 5.0/7.0.
  • University of Canberra Excellence Scholarships – 20% or 30% off annual tuition fees: Successful completion of UCC International Foundation Studies, Diplomas or GCAF program with a GPA of 5.5/7.0.**

Course exclusions

  • 10% scholarship course exclusion: Bachelor of Radiation Science (Medical Imaging).
  • 30% scholarship course exclusion: Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Radiation Science (Medical Imaging).

Progression Scholarship will be assessed by the Admissions team for eligibility for the UC International Scholarships available at the time of progression. If eligible, the scholarship discount will be applied to an eligible Bachelor or Master’s degree course. Please note that ongoing eligibility requirements apply.

**Up to 30% Progression Scholarship only applicable to students from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

**Up to 20% Progression Scholarship is applicable to all other nationalities.

15% scholarship on ELICOS weekly rate for international students when packaged with a UC Colleges and/or University of Canberra academic programs.

  • Scholarship available for all intakes in 2026.
  • Sponsored or diplomatic students are excluded.


Terms and conditions

  • Scholarship amounts are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Be on Australian Student visa (subclass 500).
  • Welcome to UCC Scholarship will be applied as a credit to the applicant’s account in the second study period (trimester or semester).
  • Scholarship will be applied to international students applying for the course from onshore and offshore.
  • Students must remain enrolled until Friday week 4 of the study period (after census date) to be eligible.
  • Sponsored or diplomatic students are not eligible.
  • Academic program is either a University of Canberra degree program, UCC International Foundation Studies, UCC Diploma, or UCC GCAF.
  • Scholarships are granted on a first-come-first-served basis until filled. Scholarships are limited and may be withdrawn if capacity is reached.
  • The scholarship is valid only for the intake and course specified and will be confirmed once all conditions are met, your offer is accepted, and required payments are completed. The university reserves the right to withdraw or rescind the scholarship offer in exceptional circumstances.
