Upgrade your qualification

If you’ve studied information technology, software or network engineering at an Australian TAFE or registered training organisation, you can easily continue your studies at UC.

Based on your level of study, you may be eligible to receive credit towards a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) or a Bachelor of Software Engineering (BSE).

  • Certificate IV receive one semester’s worth of credit
  • Diploma receive one year’s credit
  • Advanced Diploma receive 1.5 years credit
