Doctors consultations via Telehealth

Telehealth provides clinical communication between a health professional and patient. You can attend your clinic appointment  while you are at home. Telehealth appointments work just like face-to-face appointments where our clinics run to a schedule.

Telehealth appointments can be booked via the HOTDOC app.

When booking your appointment, click on "Telehealth Standard 15 minutes Doctor" appointment type.

If you are unable to book a telehealth appointment online, please call our reception team on 02 6201 2351 who will be able to assist you with your booking.

All UC students with a valid Medicare or OSHC card, will be bulk/direct billed for the consultation.
Please note: telehealth appointments with a Medicare/OSHC rebate are only available to existing patients that have attended our practice for a face to face appointment in the last 12 months. However, if you are unable to attend face to face there is an option of a discounted private fee for UC students only, of $50, without a rebate.
