Nominations are now open for a casual vacancy as a student member on the Student Representative Council for three positions.

STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL

The University of Canberra Student Representative Council (UC SRC) is the elected student body that facilitates and enables communication and engagement between the University of Canberra (University) and its student community. The SRC play a key role in campus life and activities and members build a range of skills well regarded by employers, while providing representation and advocacy relating to campus and University-wide issues. The SRC contributes to the governance of our University and act as a voice for UC students.

The following position is available commencing 19 February 2024 and concluding 31 December 2024.

  • Faculty of Health student member
  • Faculty of Education student member
  • Ngunnawal Centre student member

To nominate, please submit a nomination form, a short statement and a photo to elections@canberra.edu.au. Nominations for this position close at 5.00pm Friday 9 February 2024.
