As an international student studying at the University of Canberra (UC), you could be eligible for a number of scholarships, that reward you for your academic integrity.
Read on to find out everything you need to know about UC’s international student scholarships and what you’ll need to do to apply.
At UC, we want to acknowledge our outstanding international students and support you reaching your goals.
The three main scholarships available to you are the UC International High Achiever Scholarship, the UC International Merit Scholarship and the UC International Course Merit Scholarship.
This scholarship awards a 20 per cent reduction in the total tuition fee to international students commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate course at our Bruce campus. Students must have achieved the following academic criteria in their year twelve studies to be eligible:

This scholarship awards 25 per cent off the total tuition fee to international students from specific countries who are commencing an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate course. The criteria for the UC International Course Merit Scholarship also note that articulation, sponsored and diplomatic students are not eligible to apply.

UC’s streamlined scholarship application process means that as an international student, you are automatically assessed for all eligible scholarships when you apply for their courses. It’s that easy!
This means that you don’t have to submit a separate application form. Simply submit your international student application form to study at UC, and we’ll assess your eligibility for relevant scholarships. If you’ve been successfully awarded a scholarship, it will be stated on your letter of offer.
