Student support: Where to get help?
The Student Wellbeing and International Support team is the first point of contact for international students at the University of Canberra. The team is comprised of specialised support staff including International and Wellbeing Student Advisors. The team provides individualised and targeted support and information to help students navigate their journey at UC in the best way possible.
Student Wellbeing and International Support deliver regular student outreach and engagement programs from Orientation Week onwards, customised guidance with managing studies, access to confidential advice, referrals and support and targeted social events to foster community and connection.
Our team supports our international students with assistance and information on:
- Student support and services, University of Canberra's Policy Library & first point of contact for student grievance matters
- Current student applications (e.g. New CoE request, Intermission & Study Load Variation)
- International student Orientation
- Australia Awards scholarship support
