It's all about putting U into UC
Orientation Week for Semester 1, 2017 at our Bruce Campus takes place from 6 to 10 February 2017.
Orientation is your chance to settle in and get ready for uni life - meet other students in your course, find your way around the campus, and get all the information you need for a flying start to the semester.
Orientation Week activities include enrolment help sessions, study skills presentations, course advice sessions, library and campus tours, free food events and more.
Course Briefing and Welcome
This session is a great way to start orientation. Learn what to expect from your course, and meet faculty staff and other students studying your degree.
Once you have all the information you need about your course, it is a good idea to get some enrolment help. There will be an enrolment help centre on level B in the Library (Building 8). Staff will be available to help you to complete your enrolment and organise your timetable.
From 11am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, IT staff will also be available to assist with wifi and email sent up, and issuing network passwords.
You can also download the Student Enrolment Checklist for a step-by-step guide to self-enrolment.
Bruce Campus Tours
Get to know your campus. Campus tours start every hour between 10:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Thursday. They leave from the Student Ambassador Information stall located on the Concourse.
