Biography
Before moving to Australia in January 2016, Dr Tayara worked as a psychological consultant for a number of NGOs in Lebanon, Jordan and the UK, working with refugees, delinquent youth, and individuals with special needs. Dr Tayara has more than 14 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level between Lebanon, UK, and Australia. Her research interests are psychological wellbeing and war, resiliency, trauma, and social anxiety.
