Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1.Demonstrate an ability to integrate broad skills sets and disciplines to plan entrepreneurial venture launch strategies;
2. Use effective communication to convey the launch strategy to relevant and appropriate stakeholders;
3. Conduct thorough analysis of venture progress to date;
4. Demonstrate an ability to critically respond to feedback, and adjust plans accordingly; and
5. Create an appropriate risk analysis, identifying potential challenges and strategies to mitigate these.
