Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge, including recent developments in one or more of the following fields: communication; journalism; creative writing; cultural heritage and conservation; industrial design; graphic design; architecture; landscape architecture, international studies;
2. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of research principles and skills appropriate to one or more fields and creatively apply this knowledge to plan, develop and execute a research project which produces new knowledge, resulting in a thesis or a creative output with accompanying exegesis; and
3. Demonstrate an ability to communicate with the community of researchers within UC and with the professions to create opportunities for research cooperation.
