Learning outcomes
On completion of this unit students will be able to:1. Outline general legal requirements and issues relevant to businesses and projects;
2. Distinguish and investigate legal requirements and employer obligations specific to screen industry businesses and projects;
3. Identify and apply Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) laws, regulations and codes of practice to the screen industry workplace environment;
4. Examine critically intellectual property laws and investigate copyright and moral rights issues; and
5. Apply knowledge of legal and copyright issues to screen industry productions.
