Candidates are required to undertake original research resulting in a significant contribution to knowledge or understanding and/or the application of knowledge within a designated area of study within the field of law.
Learning outcomes
Through the completion of the thesis, candidates develop independent research skills within the field of law. These research skills include the capacity to formulate a research problem or issue, the use of appropriate conceptual and methodological skills, and the ability to prepare a substantial and well-ordered thesis demonstrating a thorough understanding of the state of knowledge in the area of inquiry and the relationship of the research to the broader framework of the field(s) of study.Prerequisites
