- Occupational Health & Safety Workbook (online only)

- Excel Workbook (online only)
- PowerPoint Workbook (online only)

Students who miss a computer lab and so do not collect the Workbooks on time in their designated Group should contact the tutor or the unit convenor as soon as possible to collect them.
Submission of assessment items
Special assessment requirements
To pass this unit, you MUST:
- Attempt all the assesment items
- Achieve overall 50% or above combined from all the assessments
For all tests:
A student who does not attend any Test will fail the Unit, unless a request for Special Consideration is approved by the College. The student must contact the Unit Convenor as soon as possible to explain their absence. If they have been sick, they must fill in a form at College Reception, present their approved medical certificate and apply for Special Consideration as soon as possible. If Special Consideration is granted they may then do an alternative assessment item as arranged by the College.
Students must apply academic integrity in their learning and research activities at UC. This includes submitting authentic and original work for assessments and properly acknowledging any sources used.
Academic integrity involves the ethical, honest and responsible use, creation and sharing of information. It is critical to the quality of higher education. Our academic integrity values are honesty, trust, fairness, respect, responsibility and courage.
UC students have to complete the Academic Integrity Module annually to learn about academic integrity and to understand the consequences of academic integrity breaches (or academic misconduct).
UC uses various strategies and systems, including detection software, to identify potential breaches of academic integrity. Suspected breaches may be investigated, and action can be taken when misconduct is found to have occurred.
Information is provided in the Academic Integrity Policy, Academic Integrity Procedure, and University of Canberra (Student Conduct) Rules 2023. For further advice, visit Study Skills.
Participation requirements
All students are expected to attend all the computer labs in their designated Group. As a guideline, students with less than 80% attendance (more than 3 absences) are placing their studies at risk, as students with poor attendance will find it difficult to keep up with the workload.
Students are expected to be on time for all the computer labs and attend with the correct materials. A student who arrives late at, or misses, a computer lab must make up the work in their own time.
