There is no required text for this unit. All of the required readings will be available on the Unit's Moodle site or from eReserve.
Students must download and have a copy available of the Legal Profession Act 2006 (ACT) and the Legal Profession (Solicitors) Conduct Rules 2015 (ACT) from the ACT Legislation Register (http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/).
