This microcredential introduces learners to the foundational principles of reflective and resilient practice, and self-care ¿ the essential skills for thriving in complex community driven environments. Students will learn how using reflective and reflexive practice relates to resilience, personal, workplace and community wellbeing and providing effective service in a community organisation. Through guided exploration of self-awareness, emotional regulation, and adaptive thinking, participants will learn to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:
1. Demonstrate and articulate the essential attitudes and skills necessary to engage in reflective and resilient practice; and
2. Analyse and reflect on how reflective and resilient practice, and self-care are central in managing and maintaining optimal client relationships and for professional development.
