Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Reflect critically on theory and professional practice in relation to the characteristics of effective talent management and the issues surrounding the human resources role of the non-human resources line manager;
2. Analyse a complex body of knowledge as it relates to effective talent management including developments in this field of study and areas of relevant professional practice; and
3. Integrate industry best practice research in effective talent management and identify how an organisation can improve its talent management processes to support employee wellbeing, enhance performance, and sustain its dynamic capability.

UC students have to complete the Academic Integrity Module annually to learn about academic integrity and to understand the consequences of academic integrity breaches (or academic misconduct).
UC uses various strategies and systems, including detection software, to identify potential breaches of academic integrity. Suspected breaches may be investigated, and action can be taken when misconduct is found to have occurred.
