Learning outcomesAfter successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:

Teaching in this unit is case-study based. Readings and other material will be provided in each week's module on Canvas or pointed to in lectures and tutorials. Students are encouraged to read widely, deeply and autonomously.

Lectures will be pre-recorded and made available online. Attendance in tutorials (either online or face-to-face) is strongly recommended but not mandatory.

This unit involves online meetings in real time using the Virtual Room in your UCLearn teaching site. The Virtual Room allows you to communicate in real time with your lecturer and other students. To participate verbally, rather than just typing, you will need a microphone. For best audio quality we recommend a microphone and speaker headset. This will trigger a tutorial to help familiarise you with the functionality of the virtual room.
