This unit serves as a bridge between new technologies and relevant areas of existing knowledge. It develops a framework for understanding the forces propelling the digital revolution in marketing and business. The unit examines the contemporary digital marketing landscape by understanding and applying fundamental concepts of digital marketing. Covered topics include the fundamentals of effective digital marketing strategy, online consumer behaviour, online marketing communication, content marketing, artificial intelligence and digital analytics. Through a blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications, participants will learn how to optimise online presence and analyses key metrics for data-driven decision-making. Upon completion of this unit, participants will be proficient in creating compelling online content, targeting specific audiences, and adapting strategies to leverage emerging trends in the digital landscape.
