Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Apply a systematic method for analysing the design attributes and features of design solutions of simple configuration including functions, use and materials;
2. Communicate three-dimensional form in a range of two-dimensional formats and techniques and three-dimensional physical and virtual models; and
3. Critically evaluate the iterative design process.

Participation requirements
Full attendance at all lectures, studios, and seminars is expected. There is a significant link between a student's attendance/participation, and the quality of their learning outcomes demonstrated by the submitted assessable project components.
Required IT skills
Students are expected to have advanced skills in software relevant to their selected specialisation, associated with digital composition, presentation and report writing. Specific skills related to the studio can be discussed with your program convenor prior to enrolment.
