Medical Imaging Research Project B PG (10041.2)

This unit will allow students to undertake a medical imaging research project that has been designed in the previously completed Medical Imaging Project Design G unit and commenced in the Medical Imaging Research Project A PG unit. Students will work in a small group to complete the project and write-up the outcomes. Students will work closely with their other team members and with their supervisors.

Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:
1. Critically reflect upon and conduct a previously designed research project to answer a specific research question;

2. Critically analyse the research data; and
3. Communicate the results of the research project as a dissertation and ready for submission to an appropriate peer reviewed journal.

Skills development

This unit will allow students to finalise the medical imaging research project that has been designed and undertaken in the Medical Imaging Research Project A unit. Students will work independently to complete the research project and submit a complete dissertation and manuscript. Students will work closely with their supervisors.
