Introduction

This four-semester sequence links units to form an understanding of the basis of life itself - a myriad of controlled and tightly linked chemical reactions. As such, the principles covered in this minor are key requirements in the courses Medical Science and Human Nutrition. This minor is highly recommended for those seeking an in-depth understanding of the energetics of physical activity, as well as those aiming to undertake a Graduate Diploma in Education and aspiring to teach secondary science.
