UC Tax Clinic privacy collection notice
The University of Canberra Tax Clinic provides services to the University of Canberra community and surrounds which requires the collection of personal information.
When you access the University of Canberra Tax Clinic, your personal information will be collected and stored by the University.
The University is obliged to handle your information openly, transparently and in accordance with the Territory Privacy Principles set out in the Information Privacy Act 2014.
Your information may be shared with other areas of the University and its staff, including contracted staff, to carry out the services provided by the Tax Clinic. If you do not consent to supply the University with this information the University will not be able to assist you with your request for assistance.
The University will not use or disclose your information for another purpose, without your consent, unless you would reasonably expect the use or disclosure of the information for a related purpose, or such use or disclosure as permitted by law.
