Enjoying the challenge of being adaptable and responsive, Zoe values the practical education she was given at UC. Now, she’s a sought-after advisor, investor, director, and mentor, and was appointed Chair of the Board for Young Change Agents in November 2021.

Founder of Kulture Break
Finance and dancing generally don’t go together, but for Kulture Break founder Francis, it was the perfect move. Looking to empower others and give back to his community, Francis used his UC degree in banking and finance as a springboard into business. Today, his not-for-profit dance studio Kulture Break is a social enterprise powerhouse.

Founder of Mude
Ambitious and driven, Shooby knew early on that he wanted to be an entrepreneur, valuing flexibility and freedom in his career path. With a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from UC, Shooby utilised his business skills and experience to become a founder of creative agency Mude, developing brands through impactful creative.

For business leader Ben, success was found through the connection of ambitious people with new business opportunities in the property sector. With a degree in business administration from UC, Ben co-founded Ray White Canberra in 2010. Now, his multiple businesses are booming, with Ray White Canberra winning countless awards and employing a team of over 100 people.
Emily Coates
Founder of Ivy Social
Seeing a business opportunity to help brands with their digital presence, Emily turned her love for social media into an empire, founding the boutique social media agency Ivy Social. With a degree in advertising and marketing from UC, Emily used the foundational knowledge from her studies to help her clients achieve their business goals.
