Financial

Salaries

We offer nationally competitive remuneration, that includes annual salary increments within salary bands and annual salary increases.

Superannuation

We provide leading superannuation contributions for our employees. Eligible UC employees (excluding casuals) are entitled to receive 17% employer superannuation contributions. All new employees have the option of electing to stay with their current or preferred superannuation fund, or join UniSuper, the industry fund dedicated to the Tertiary Education sector.

Salary Packaging

We provide employees access to salary packaging options, that allows for pre-tax deductions to be made which may provide tax benefits for our employees. Employees benefit from the ability to salary package superannuation, childcare services on campus and campus parking. We also offer the option to salary package vehicles via novated lease or self-managed leases, in addition to other eligible benefits.
