21 October 2015: The University of Canberra has appointed renowned nutrition expert Caroline Salisbury as Australia's first dietitian in residence.
Ms Salisbury will work with staff and students in the Faculty of Health's nutrition and dietetics discipline and the University of Canberra Union catering staff, to help improve the nutritional health and knowledge of the University's community.
