Learning outcomes
On completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Conceptualise an event;
2. Establish its financial and strategic feasibility;
3. Identify the scope and impacts of an event;
4. Assess an events strategic positioning within the tourism system;
5. Use problem solving tools and techniques to make their assessment of an event's feasibility; and

None, however workshops provide opportunitiy for you to discuss required readings etc and exploring how they apply in practice, such as in the group assignment
