Building on previous Macroeconomic knowledge, students will be able to:1. Analyse competing Macroeconomic theories;
2. Identify the importance of the assumptions underpinning these different theories; and
3. Apply their knowledge to analyse Australian Macroeconomic policy.

Textbook Mankiw, Gregory "Macroeconomics" 9th edition 2016 Worth. Students can purchase this textbook or borrow from the library. Previous editions of this book have essentially the same theoretical content and make good substitutes. Only examples have changed.
