This unit focuses on the advancement of specific discipline skills and knowledge to produce and present creative works. Students will evaluate their practice and their knowledge of the structural and cultural frameworks that support that practice. The unit consolidates discipline processes and methods and affirms the professional standards for creative work. Successful engagement in this unit will allow students to match these standards strengthening their work as discipline practitioners. Independent study skills are required to be successful in this unit.
1. Apply specific discipline skills to produce resolved creative works;
2. Evaluate structural and cultural frameworks for the production and presentation of creative works; and
3. Demonstrate self-management and communication skills in academic and/or creative contexts.
