Learning outcomes
On completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Create and periodically appraise a longitudinal speed/acceleration program for an individual based on needs analysis, screening and testing;
2. Assess and evaluate movement competencies from advanced speed, direction change and landing techniques based on best practice using appropriate coaching frameworks; and
3. Critically analyse and evaluate rehabilitation and reconditioning protocols for common sports injuries.
