Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Evaluate the distinctive and dynamic professional characteristics of the employment relationship in the public sector from a global perspective responsive to sustainability, diversity, and innovation;
2. Apply knowledge of general and public-service specific regulatory frameworks governing the workplace to solve complex problem scenarios with advanced cognitive, technical and communication skills; and
