Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Articulate of the nature of entrepreneurship and its role in business to colleagues and peers;
2. Determine elements of entrepreneurial behaviour including approaches to teamwork and co-production, communication, creative and critical thinking, innovation, risk-taking and ethical responsibility for your professional development;
3. Distinguish and explain the important elements of business planning, managing rapid growth and overcoming obstacles in an entrepreneurial environment;
4. Discover and summarise significant sources of funding, information, and business support and assistance, including significant entrepreneurial events and entrepreneurs over the last fifty years; and
5. Connect, network and build relationships with entrepreneurs and industry.

2.You can submit reflections to assist you with engagement in developing entrepreneurial skills etc and gain feedback throughout the semester.
3. Interview with entrepreneurs, so that you can engage with the real business world in your first year of study and start to build your professional network (WIL).
4. Weekly discussions in tutorials, sharing your ideas and learning.
