The primary aim of this Unit is to provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate, through actual practice, that they can undertake an organisational capability review in an agreed organisational setting that is consistent with industry best practice in project management, reflects an understanding of organisational development theory and practice as well as an understanding of the importance of values and ethical behaviour as part of being a culture and change leader.
1. Apply critical thinking, creative problem solving and ethical practice and demonstrate business acumen in diagnosing an organisational problem, issue or concern, and identifying an opportunity for change and improvement using primary and/or secondary data sources and present these ideas using different methods of business communication;
2. Understanding the importance of the values and ethical behaviour required to be a trusted partner in designing and carrying out an organisational capability analysis that reflects an organisationÂżs operating environment, its objectives, its business and/or corporate strategies, policies and practices and the need for change and improvement in a key area of organisational capability; and
3. Applying critical reflective practice by demonstrating the ability to challenge assumptions and prior knowledge and experiences, and to learn from concrete experience. Reflect on the experience of trying to be solutions driven, an influencer, future oriented, a resolver of issues, a critical thinker, credible and professional in this Unit.

Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1.
