Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Explain theories and practices of sourcing and building workforce capability including research outcomes and characteristics of effective individual and organisational performance;
2. Reflect critically on core competencies and knowledge of specific roles in the Australian HR Capability Framework and how these relate to formation of professional identity;
3. Analyse factors driving organisational change, changes in the future of work and workforce requirements that influence management practices;
4. Communicate industry research findings from and to real world scenarios for specific audiences and contexts; and
5. Model professional ethics by applying knowledge of cultural sensitivity and inclusion.
