Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Differentiate quantitative and qualitative research in business research;
2. Describe the research process and research ethics involved in the business research process;
3. Conduct a literature review;
4. Select key qualitative and quantitative techniques for a variety of research contexts; and
5. Develop a research proposal and communicate the research to a specialist and non-specialist audience.

Submission of assessment items
Extensions & Late submissions
Request for assignment extension must be accompanied with relevant documentations and must be submitted to tutor NOT the unit convenor by email BEFORE the due date. No verbal extension will be provided.
Students must achieve at least an overall 50% to contribute towards a passing grade in the unit.
Any student is NOT allowed to change allocated tutorial time after WEEK 3.
