In this unit students work in small groups to produce short live action drama productions.
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Produce the documentation for pre production of a short film;
2. Analyse the director actor relationship;
3. Critically assess and evaluate different forms, styles and genres of drama production; and
4. Work collaboratively in small creative teams, demonstrating advanced problem solving necessary to produce short drama productions.

Skills development
This unit explores scripted drama film production... as such the roles become more complex, the collaborations more critical and the group work just more. So as well as considering the usual graduate attributes adressing technical skills, we should underline those attributes that focus on communication, ambiguity and ethics.

To avoid a situation in which a student, despite demonstrating that they have met the learning outcomes of a unit , fails due to a late penalty, THIS UNIT will assess late work on a PASS / FAIL basis without resubmission options.
This means that students will not fail this unit due to late submission.
