A one act play, Happy Meals Happy Kids is an exploration of what it means to be a teenager facing a future that isn't guaranteed. Over the course of a semester, I wrote, directed and produced this work to prove the power and abilities of young people both in the Canberra theatre scene, and broader global stage. In a world where young people are consistently excluded from the decisions defining our future, my work is an act of dissent, reclaiming the control too often denied to young people
