Four Hard Facts About Mirrors

This short story was a fun and creative class activity in English to prepare students for our next topic. The class was asked to write a creative fictional piece to be written in the format and style of the Australian micro-fiction “Four Hard Facts About Water”, by Damian Dressick. The class then would make alterations to the title to talk about any random topic or object. I chose mirrors. The idea was that the micro-fiction would initially appear simple and basic when describing factual information on the topic, yet the last “fact” would end the story by exposing a conflict.
