Prof Douglas PatonDouglas Paton, PhD is a Professor at Charles Darwin University (Australia), an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra, an Expert Advisor on Community Resilience with the World Health Organization and has worked with UNESCO and the UN Office of Disaster Risk Reduction on disaster risk reduction policy.
