Specialist Major in Biomedical Science (SM0080.1)

The Specialist Major in Biomedical Science will provide students with foundation knowledge of the structure and function of the human body and how humans interact with, and respond to, their environment. This major delivers an integrated curriculum, progressing from the isolated genetic, cellular and molecular principles underlying human function, to understanding the major body systems and the regulation of these in maintaining human health.
Student Notes - Must note the following
- Students should take 10298 Foundations of Anatomy & Physiology unless they plan to complete BM0025 Breadth Major in Health & Movement, in which case they should take 6529 Systemic Anatomy & Physiology
