The objective of this major is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the skills, principles and knowledge required to become a competent coach in sport. Students will be required to undertake field experience within the sport industry where they will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills.
It is recommended that students complete successfully all units from the Sports Science Major before they enrol in the Special Sports Studies units.
