Breadth Major in Data Analytics (BM0051.1)

This breadth major allows you to complement your studies with data analysis skills. In this major, you will develop a solid foundation in data analysis, including data analytics, data preparation and visualisation, and AI pattern recognition techniques. Students should complete an introductory unit in either data analysis skills or statistics, to be followed by further study in analytics, statistical modelling, and/or scientific methods depending on your preference. Students who have already completed an introductory data analysis or statistics unit as part of their degree may select alternative units from the ¿Restricted Choice¿ list, to broaden their knowledge and complement their interests.
