Building Access:

The Library is open 24 hours. (UC ID swipe card access after 6:30pm.)

Cleaning wipes, hand sanitiser and spare face masks are available.

Services:

Librarians and ASK Advisors are available for in-person assistance 10:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Group study rooms may be booked 24 hours/day. You may also book rooms in the Refectory from the same portal - change the location drop-down.

Librarians are offering online chat and email assistance 10:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday

ASK Advisors are online in the Student Support Hub virtual room 12:30-6:30pm Monday-Friday, and 12:30pm-4:30pm Saturday and Sunday

Books can be collected from Level D and borrowed on the Self Checkout machines 24 hours/day.

The Short Loans room (textbooks) is open 10:30-4:30 Monday-Friday - if you can only attend campus outside of these hours, 3 day loans can be requested via the click and collect service - 24 hour collection from the Library foyer. (Book retrievals for click and collect can only be done during weekday business hours - please wait for your confirmation email.)  3 hour loans cannot be requested.

Researchers may book an online, phone or face-to-face research consultation.
