Once you have been accepted into your course you will be able to enrol in your units.
Students are encouraged to enrol for the whole year, noting that enrolments can be amended up until census date of each teaching period.
Unique student identifier
Before you can get started with your enrolment for the University of Canberra, you’ll need to make sure you’ve got a Unique Student Identifier (known as a USI).
The USI is a unique reference number that will be your education identifier for life. It is issued by the Australian Government to any domestic or international student enrolled in recognised training or higher education in Australia.
Once you’ve accepted your offer and begin the enrolment process, you’ll be asked to provide your USI on several different forms.
Get your USI
If you’ve completed studies at a nationally recognised training provider in the past five years, you may already have a USI. You can check by visiting the Find your USI webpage.
If you don’t already have one, it’s free and easy to create one. For a step-by-step video to help you get started, visit the Create a USI webpage.
You can self-enrol online through MyUC.
Please reference the Student enrolment guide for commencing students (PDF, 616.16 KB).
If you require assistance with enrolment should seek course advice via the Student Centre, your Faculty or your international partner institution.
