Information for agents

If you’re interested in becoming an international agent or in-country representative for UC, contact our Agent Management team.

If you’re a university-approved agent, you can manage student applications, offers and acceptances through our application portals.

Coursework applications, including ELICOS, foundation programs and diplomas can be submitted through the agent application portal. You’ll also find a range of resources in the portal that support your work as an international agent, such as information about UC courses, marketing material and user guides.

If you’ve been granted access to the agent application portal but have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

Applications for research degrees can be made using the HDR application portal.

You can keep both the university and future students up to date with your contact details by adding and removing information about your office network and updating your staff details on our agent portal.

Your commission is paid according to the terms specified in your UC Representative Agreement.

To receive your commission, you must provide invoices for payment. Invoices need to be on a company letterhead and include both banking details and the following student information:

• student’s full name
• student ID
• course name
• course start date
• annual tuition fee
• commission percentage
• commission fee.

Commission invoices are processed and paid after the census date each semester and are based on the student's enrolment status.
