This course will provide an introduction to the theory and practice of paper conservation. Topics covered will include the identification of a wide range of paper objects from documents to art on paper as well as the basics of paper conservation treatment.

Preserving Photographic Materials

Building Information Modelling 1

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is designed to enable students to develop a conceptual, technical, critical and practical understanding of how buildings and other structures may be designed, procured, costed; project managed to completion and maintained using 3D and other integrated technology.

This course will provide engineers and other professionals with an introduction to the skills needed to assess significance and understand conservation needs of engineering and industrial heritage sites and items. This course is open to all interested parties; however, it will be of particular interest to practicing engineers. Designed in collaboration with Engineers Australia, this course provides 30 hours of professional development.
