Tuition Fee Payments

Current students

Your 'Statement of Account' details all Tuition fees, Overseas Health Cover (OSHC) or HECS-HELP liablities payable to UC for the relevant teaching period. This statement details the nature of your fees, the amount and method of payment, as well as the payment deadline. If the amount is incorrect please contact the Student Centre prior to the payment deadline and before attempting to pay.

Once you are enrolled a Statement of Account will be produced and will be available via MyUC student portal. You must ensure that you access your statement before fees are due in order to pay by the deadline.

Payments can be made through BPay or Convera – please check your statement for payment instructions.

You are liable to pay the full unit fee if you withdraw after the teaching period census date.

Request for Commonwealth Support and HECS-HELP Form

All continuing pre-2005 HECS students who have taken a 1 year intermission or changed course and students who are commencing a course in a Commonwealth supported place are required to submit a 'Request for Commonwealth Assistance and HECS-HELP' application form to the University by the end of week 1 of their first teaching period.

In completing this form, eligible students are required to select the up-front payment option, the HECS-HELP loan option or the partial up-front option.

You can nominate your payment option:

  • Through MyUC; or
  • by completing a HECS-HELP form and returning the form to the Student Centre.

Before completing a HECS-HELP form you should read the 'Information for Commonwealth Supported Students' booklet first.

Request for FEE-HELP Assistance Form

All Domestic students who are in a fee-paying course and wish to utilise Commonwealth Assistance to pay their tuition fees are required to submit a 'Request for FEE-HELP Assistance' application form to the University by the end of week 1 of their first teaching period.

You can submit your payment option online or by completing the FEE-HELP form and returning the form to the Student Centre. Make sure you read the 'FEE-HELP Information' booklet first.
