Unit 12303 Information Governance Frameworks and Data Strategy teaches you to design governance frameworks that integrate multiple legal requirements. Unit 12304 Administrative Law and Data Governance Compliance G examines the constitutional and administrative law principles that set boundaries on government power. Unit 12305 Emerging Technologies and Data Ethics in Law examines the emerging technologies reshaping data governance, including artificial intelligence, and other innovations, raising legal questions that existing frameworks don't adequately address. Throughout the Graduate Certificate, you'll engage with international perspectives, contemporary scholarship, and the real challenges organisations face today. Applicants must have an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) including in any non-law discipline, with a GPA of at least 5/7.
