Business Process Improvement
In 2025 UC staff were invited to provide feedback to the Chancellor on process related issues that were impacting on workloads and/or the staff/student experience. There was fantastic staff engagement through this process with many across our community highlighting challenges and providing recommendations on how we can improve. This information was reviewed (a summary is available below) and cross-referenced with feedback we had received through other channels for example the Voice Staff Survey and the Connected Operating Model project. A selection of 2025/2026 process improvement priorities were identified based on staff feedback. Those are captured below noting there is some overlap with important process related work that is already underway as part of the university’s Digital Master Plan. The aims of this program of work are to advance through key priority areas, noting these will evolve over time, and to enhance transparency we’ll use this page as well as other mechanisms to communicate progress and any updates.
